Yes, teaching at a large studio with up to 12 people, all with very different expectations, had me feeling a little like every day of work was a job interview. I realized this isn't a sustainable feeling. Also a lot of it- most of it- was in my head. They are a great group of people. I just wanted to be all the things for everyone and still felt insecure as a new-ish instructor.
